You have got the quilt top finished, and you would like to make it bigger. Just add borders: pieced or unpieced, straight grain or cross grain, flanged or mitered. Learn a variety of techniques and choose the right one for each quilt.

Trip around the world is an older quilt pattern made from only squares, often called a postage stamp quilt depending on the size of the squares. Rotary cutting, quick piecing techniques, machine quilting, and a new generation of tools and accessories save time and increase precision for today's stitchers. It's a great season to begin or resume quilt making!
